What Loop provides
Loop provides friend connections, chat, voice and video calls, and meetings. The current version does not support real-money payments. Public downloads aren't available yet.
Messages, calls and meetings may be affected by your device and network. Do not rely on Loop for emergency communication. Features may change with new versions.
Your account and use
Register using a sign-in method you are entitled to use. Keep your credentials secure and do not impersonate others.
You are responsible for the content you post. Do not harass, defraud, share unlawful content or infringe others' rights. You can block users and report problems through support.
Your content
You retain the rights to the content you post. You allow Loop and its service providers to store and process that content to deliver communication services.
Account deletion
Go to Me → Account and security → Data and permissions → Delete account to request deletion of your account and associated personal data, and to check its status.
A submitted request is not a completed deletion. The full process for removing account and service-provider data is not yet generally available. Once deletion is actually completed, the account cannot be restored. Copies saved independently by other users remain outside Loop's control.
